The emblem of the College of Veterinary Medicine consists of two interlocking circles. The first circle (yellow) represents the University of Tikrit, while the second circle (blue) symbolizes life, containing the Qur’anic verse: “And say, My Lord, increase me in knowledge” (Surat Taha).

Inside the blue circle is the symbol of the sun, from which five rays extend, representing the five years of study in the college. The emblem also features a serpent, symbolizing disease, and a chalice, symbolizing medicine. Additionally, it includes the college’s founding dates (Hijri and Gregorian) and the name of the college in both Arabic and English.
