Objectives

Receiving incoming correspondence addressed to the college from all state departments.

Distributing incoming correspondence after review by the Dean of the College.

Drafting official letters and communications related to administrative matters.

Assigning official outgoing numbers for all correspondence issued by other administrative divisions of the college.

Preserving and archiving all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Organizing and monitoring leave forms for staff and faculty members.
-
Following up on procedures related to salary increments, promotions, academic advancements, and the confirmation of contracts and daily wage employees.
