Objectives
  • Receiving incoming correspondence addressed to the college from all state departments.

  • Distributing incoming correspondence after review by the Dean of the College.

  • Drafting official letters and communications related to administrative matters.

  • Assigning official outgoing numbers for all correspondence issued by other administrative divisions of the college.

  • Preserving and archiving all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Organizing and monitoring leave forms for staff and faculty members.

  • Following up on procedures related to salary increments, promotions, academic advancements, and the confirmation of contracts and daily wage employees.
