1. Providing legal, technical, administrative, training, marketing, and advisory services.

2. Providing investment services related to feasibility studies and facilitating access to funding sources.

3. Providing financial, administrative, and marketing support and advice, in addition to administrative or technical training, for incubated projects.

4. Attracting young people with innovative initiatives and ideas, creating an official umbrella for youth initiatives, and empowering them to develop and implement entrepreneurial ideas in the best possible way.

5. Providing a positive environment for incubating innovative ideas and pioneering projects within the college, connecting them more broadly with the university, and transforming ideas into tangible reality.

6. Providing the basic infrastructure necessary to launch entrepreneurial projects and assisting in securing the initial funding needed to launch and expand entrepreneurial projects by connecting with interested investors.

7. Introducing entrepreneurial idea owners to methods of protecting intellectual property and intellectual property rights, and preparing them for the various administrative tasks necessary to successfully manage and market their projects.

8- Establishing local and international partnerships with local and international scientific and technical institutions and centers, and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship by all available means among college staff and students, so that creativity and innovation become the language of dialogue and production.

9- Linking new projects to the market and contributing to reducing and solving the unemployment problem.
