1. Documenting the vision, mission, strategic goals of the college and its modernization mechanism.
2. Spreading quality culture and concepts among faculty members, students and college workers
3. Create an electronic database and information for the human and material college resources to benefit from it in developing policies and improvement plans, as well as setting up a mechanism to update them.
4. Evaluating the needs of various activities in the college and working to develop and rehabilitate human resources through training and rehabilitation, as well as maximizing the benefit of available material resources.
5. Adopting approved academic standards for the study programs granted by the college and taking measures that ensure their achievement.
6. Documenting the description of programs and curricula in the college.
7. Follow up to prepare and document the college’s courses and programs.
