Division of Registration and Student Affairs

Objectives
  1. Organizing the process of registering new students and preparing their school files.

  2. Student records management (grades, achievement, documents).

  3. Follow -up attendance, interruption, and implement instructions for transition and hosting.

  4. Issuing university orders for admission, failure, transportation, delay, withdrawal.

  5. Providing students with support books, grades and study documents.

  6. Follow -up of graduate affairs and issuing graduation documents in grades or both (Arabic/English).

  7. Archive tuition files, paper and electronic.

  8. Coordination with scientific departments regarding students ’results and final exams.

  9. Submit periodic reports to the Deanship of the College and the University’s Presidency on Student Affairs.

  10. Follow -up university and ministerial mail and implement instructions related to registration and students.
