Division of Security
Objectives
- Follow up on university directives regarding follow-up work (university security), implement them, and disseminate them to the college.
- Follow up on the directives and instructions of the Dean of the College and implement them regarding follow-up work.
- Supervise the distribution of forms for badges and authorizations for vehicle entry to the university campus.
- Oversee the maintenance of security and order on campus.
- Conduct field visits to college units and departments and monitor security within the college.
- Cooperate and coordinate with the Protection Force and the security forces responsible for protecting the area to increase security fortifications.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure proper record keeping.
- Follow up and provide the necessary protection for celebrations, exhibitions, and scientific conferences.
- Ensure the smooth entry and exit of faculty, staff, and students within the college.
- Monitor the operation of electronic surveillance systems (cameras).
