Citizens Affairs Unit
1 - Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and directing and guiding them to the relevant authorities.
2 - Receiving all requests addressed to the Dean and presenting them to him for his opinion.
3 - Directly supervising the organization of interviews for the Dean.
4 - Entering citizens' requests electronically into the e-Citizens' Government program, using the form available on the Ministry's website (e-Citizens' Government), allowing citizens to follow up on their requests through the program.
5 - Communicating with citizens regarding the action taken regarding their requests or complaints via phone, email, or visit.
6 - Receiving citizens' requests via phone or email from the Citizens' Affairs Unit and referring them to the relevant authorities.
7 - Submitting statistics on the number of interviews conducted by the Dean to the University's Citizens' Affairs Division.
8 - Raising citizens' awareness of the role of Citizens' Affairs through classified advertisements, brochures, publications, and seminars.
