Out of our concern for the future of our students, and to address the cases of students who were unable to successfully complete the 2024/2025 academic year due to academic problems, it has been decided to consider the 2024/2025 academic year as a year of non-failure for students who failed the annual (midterm and final) courses or the final (semester and annual) exams in morning and evening studies, at public and private universities, for all academic levels (undergraduate and graduate), and for both Arabic and Kurdish studies for the academic year. 2024/2025. This academic year is considered a year of no failure for students, provided that the student bears the full tuition fees for all academic levels for the 2025/2026 academic year.
This is an exception to the current examination instructions, the examination instructions for undergraduate and graduate studies, the postgraduate studies instructions No. (26) of 1990 (as amended), and the examination instructions No. (134) of 2000 and their amendments.
