The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tikrit, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop titled “Understanding Blood Types and Blood Collection: From Basics to Medical Applications.”
The workshop was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Hanin Omar Bahjat, Asst. Lecturer Maryam Ahmed Zidan, and Asst. Lecturer Rasha Jamal Khudhur.
The workshop provided a comprehensive explanation of the concept of blood types and the mechanisms of collecting samples from animals, in addition to the medical applications related to blood typing and its uses in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
The event was held in the Microbiology Laboratory with the attendance of faculty members and students interested in enhancing their practical skills in this field.
