The External Veterinary Clinic Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tikrit, continues to offer free veterinary services to citizens. Recently, the clinic received an emergency case involving a cat that had suffered an accident resulting in a fracture in one of its hind limbs.
The case was carefully examined and accurately diagnosed by Dr. Saif Ahmed and Dr. Mousa Dakhil, who provided the necessary treatment in accordance with approved veterinary protocols.
These efforts reflect the college’s commitment to its community service role through the external clinic, which remains open daily to provide diverse veterinary services free of charge. By doing so, the college contributes to promoting animal health and raising veterinary awareness among citizens.
