The Outpatient Clinic Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine Continues Providing Veterinary Services to the Community

The Outpatient Clinic Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Tikrit University, continues to provide veterinary services to citizens throughout the week as part of its mission to serve the community and strengthen the practical training of its students.

In this context, the clinic received two separate feline cases brought by breeders. Two successful sterilization procedures were performed by the College’s specialized veterinary staff, with the active participation of final-year students under direct supervision to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

These procedures form part of the therapeutic and preventive services offered by the College. They also provide students with valuable hands-on clinical experience that contributes to refining their professional skills and preparing them for the labor market after graduation, thereby reinforcing the integration of theoretical education with practical application.
