The Deanship of the College of Veterinary Medicine Holds a Meeting in Preparation for the Institutional Accreditation Committee Visit

 The Deanship of the College of Veterinary Medicine held an expanded meeting attended by the Dean of the College, the Scientific Assistant Dean, the Administrative Assistant Dean, the Secretary of the College Council, as well as the heads and rapporteurs of the academic departments, in preparation for the upcoming visit of the ministerial committee tasked with following up on the implementation of institutional accreditation requirements at Tikrit University.

During the meeting, the required preparations and work mechanisms for completing the institutional accreditation requirements and standards were reviewed. The Dean emphasized the necessity of providing all requirements and documentation for the ministerial committee and stressed the importance of unifying efforts among academic departments, divisions, and administrative units to ensure the College’s full readiness in the best possible manner.

The meeting also included directives to the heads of divisions regarding a number of organizational and procedural matters that contribute to enhancing institutional performance and supporting the University’s pursuit of institutional accreditation, underscoring the importance of cooperation and teamwork to achieve this strategic objective.

This meeting comes as part of the Deanship’s commitment to advancing the academic and administrative reality of the College and keeping pace with quality assurance and accreditation requirements, in a manner that enhances the standing of Tikrit University at both the national and academic levels.
