The College of Veterinary Medicine at Tikrit University hosted the activities of the 17th Scientific Conference for discussing graduation research of the medical group, in the presence of Professor Dr. Hassan Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and Professor Dr. Bashar Sadiq Noumi, Dean of the College, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Montaser Mohammed Hilal, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs.
The sessions of the conference were held in Dr. Muhannad Maher Hall at the College, with the participation of students and research supervisors from the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Nursing, in addition to a research contribution from the College of Veterinary Medicine. The event was also attended by the heads and members of both the central and scientific committees.
The conference activities included the discussion and scientific evaluation of the submitted research, along with constructive feedback and recommendations aimed at improving the quality of the studies. This contributed to enhancing students’ research skills and advancing the academic level.
This marks the second consecutive year that the College has hosted this conference, reflecting its academic standing and its capability to organize joint academic events, thereby strengthening collaboration among the colleges of the medical group and supporting the educational and research process.
