The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tikrit held its second council meeting for the academic year 2025–2026, chaired by Prof. Dr. Bashar Sadiq Noomi, Dean of the College, and attended by the assistant deans and the heads of the academic departments.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees and wished them a successful and productive academic year. The council discussed several topics on the agenda, most notably the start of the new academic year and the College’s readiness to receive students. The members affirmed that the College is fully prepared to welcome its students and begin a fruitful year filled with achievements.
The meeting also addressed various administrative and academic matters concerning the teaching and technical staff. This council session comes as part of the College’s continuous efforts to advance its academic mission through well-planned steps toward excellence and quality assurance in educational performance.
