Fourth-year students from the Department of Biology – College of Science, University of Tikrit, organized a scientific visit to the Outpatient Clinic Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine, accompanied by several faculty members. The visit comes as part of the ongoing scientific cooperation between the two colleges and aims to enhance students’ practical experience.
The visiting group was received by the staff of the Outpatient Clinic Unit, where they were introduced to the nature of the veterinary services provided to the community, the available laboratories, and the procedures followed by the medical and technical staff in diagnosing and treating veterinary cases.
This visit aimed to strengthen the students’ practical skills by linking the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies with real-world applications in veterinary medical and scientific institutions, thereby improving their scientific competence and developing their practical research and investigation abilities.
